Franklin Pierce University Ravens Women's NCAA Ice Hockey 

Franklin Pierce Vice President and Director of Athletics - Bruce Kirsh announced on September 04, 2011 that women's ice hockey will be a part of successful family of NCAA sports at FPU. The women's hockey team hit the ice in the 2012-13 season.

David Stockdale was named Head Coach of the Lady Ravens by Bruce Kirsh. Coach Stockdale is a seasoned veteran in coaching at the collegiate level with stops at the University of Maine 2003-05 and 2009-10, University of Southern Maine 2005-06, Castleton State 2006-07 and Chatham University 2007-09.

Coach Stockdale added Myriam Croussette as his Graduate Assistant Coach to complete his coaching staff.

Female hockey is growing rapidly in the Northeastern US. The addition of the women's program to the FPU sports family will create more opportunities for women to continue their hockey careers beyond the high school level.

Coach David Stockdale and the Athletic department are very excited about the new chapter that the lady Ravens hockey team will create in the sports family.
